Be sure your return address is correct. You will need to call in to pay for sharpening and shipping charges before we return the tools.
Unfortunately, not all carving tools can be repaired, (or should be). We give it our best shot, and if we can't bring it back to life, we return it to you, free of charge.
Place dull tools in a tool roll or zip-lock bag, marked with your name and telephone number. (you may include cash or check for services rendered)
Bring dull tools into our shop, and place in container marked "To be sharpened" (located in carving classroom, bottom shelf of roughout display)
Drop in in about a week, or call to find out if the tools are ready (they will be in the container marked "Sharp Tools")
