The remainder of the teacher fee must be paid when class materials are purchased. Workshop fees do not include the painting surface which will be purchased at the shop. Thank you

Please note that 100% of the teachers fee is due at the 1st class of the month. Single class sessions are $12.00 and you must pay for the entire month. This reserves a seat for you for the entire month.

Class fee's are non-refundable, and if a student cannot attend a class they have already paid for, it is the students responsibility to arrange for a substitute to take their place. If the class is cancelled, you get the refund on the deposit. Thank you

Beginning students may use the schools carving tools and painting / finishing supplies for their first couple of projects, but must then purchase their own project supplies / tools.

These classes are reoccurring "open carve" format: the student brings in whatever project they are currently working on, and our instructors help them to plan, carve, paint / stain, and complete their project.

Wood Shop Fees are $20 / hour - 1/2 hour minimum We prefer that you purchase your woodcarving wood from Heritage Arts Studio, in the form of blanks and roughouts. We also support "custom" projects under the following criteria.

Custom Projects - Student provides pattern:

Student buys the wood from HAS, provides the pattern, HAS transfers the pattern and cuts the wood for $20 / hour with a minimum of 1/2 hour ($10.00), plus the cost of the wood.

Custom Projects - Student provides pattern and wood:

Student provides the pattern and the wood, HAS transfers the pattern and cuts the wood for $20 / hour with a minimum of 1/2 hour ($10.00).

Custom Projects - Student provides nothing but an idea and maybe a picture:

HAS designs the project, creates the pattern, transfers the pattern and cuts the wood for $20 / hour, plus the cost of the wood.
